The currently available oversized lots range in size as follows:

  • Standard Lots: 12,300 to 21,200 square feet

  • Garden Home Lots: 6,300 to 10,800 square feet

  • Estate Lots: 21,700 to 35,900 square feet

The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) of the Estancia Property Owner’s Association (POA) will use its best efforts to promote and ensure a high level of architectural design, quality, harmony, taste, and conformity throughout the development. Unless otherwise approved by the Estancia ACC, homes built on the Standard and Estate lots must have a total air-conditioned living area of at least 2,250 square feet, and if two stories, there must be at least 1,800 square feet on the ground floor. The Garden homes must have a total air-conditioned living area of at least 1,500 square feet whether one or two stories.

 

Additionally, the exterior walls of each home must be at least 75% brick, brick veneer, stone, or stone veneer, or any combination of brick and stone materials. Other masonry materials, synthetic stucco, stucco, or other siding may be used if approved by the ACC.

For a Limited Time, the remaining 62 Residential Lot Prices have been reduced by 20-25%, ranging from $59,900 to $112,500. 

 

The majority of Standard Lots are currently priced at $79,000.
